Kyle Dixon Berzin Archives maybe? I haven't looked through the whole site so not sure if it's a reliable source, but it definitely has Mahāyāna and Vajrayāna information.

Piotr Ludwiński Dunno about mahayana and vajrayana but I remember that Malcolm wrote somewhere that it is unreliable when it comes to information about dzogchen

John Ahn Yeah I find only some articles in benzin helpful, but often they are overly academic and wordy.

John Ahn The thing about vajra yana is, at least from what I've heard, many many important texts have not been translated yet. Like for dzogchen, the tantric texts aren't in print. And vajra yana being by origin a tradition born from yogis and mahasiddhas who relied on oral teachings and techniques, it's really dependent on a living teacher you find.
